1. Extended Returns for the 2023 Holiday Season
For the 2023 holiday season, items (excluding Apple brand products) purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2023, can be returned until January 31, 2024. Apple brand products purchased during the same period can be returned until January 15, 2024.
2. Return Window
Items shipped from Christian Community Marketplace, including those from our partners, can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, some exceptions apply:

Certain products may have a longer return timeline, as indicated in the product details. If no other return time frame is specified, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Perishable goods
Personalized or customized items
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support at contactchristianmarket@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the return process.
5. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we aim to issue refunds promptly. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the refund.
6. Advanced Refunds/Replacements/Exchanges
In some cases, we may issue a refund or ship a replacement/exchange before receiving the return item. Take note of the return instructions provided in the Online Returns Center.
7. Refund Times
Once a refund is processed, the timing for funds to become available varies by payment method. See below Refund Times:
Credit card: Three to five business days
Christian Community Marketplace Gift Card: Two to three hours
Debit card: Up to 10 business days
Checking account: Up to 10 business days
Gift Card balance: Two to three hours
Promotional Certificate: No refund issued
Shop with Reward Points: Up to five business days
8. Partial Refunds
Refunds may be reduced for items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts. Refer to the Item Refund section for details.
